The Autism Healthcare Collaborative is leading the effort in collaborative care using medical videoconferencing to address the medical comorbidities associated with autism.
Autism is not only a developmental disorder with behavioral manifestations, but many children with autism suffer from severe and complex medical issues including gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies, epilepsy, and neuropsychiatric disorders such as ADHD/OCD and anxiety impacting the entire family.
